By accessing studiofr.store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases on this site.

Products and pricing

— All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Minor variations from photos may occur — restored consoles are unique items
— Prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice. The price at the time of order is what you pay
— We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or product unavailability

Orders

— Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We confirm acceptance when the order ships
— If we cannot fulfill an order after acceptance, we will issue a full refund
— Custom orders require written confirmation of all specifications before production begins

Payment

We accept Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely; we do not store payment card information.

Shipping and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Damage claims are handled per the Shipping Policy.

Warranty and returns

See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy pages for full details. The 30-day warranty covers functional defects in restoration work; cosmetic conditions disclosed in the listing are not covered.

Intellectual property

All content on studiofr.store — including text, images, video, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of StudioFR and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Console hardware and game IPs are property of their respective owners (Nintendo, Sony, Sega, etc.). StudioFR is not affiliated with or endorsed by any console manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioFR's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Modifications to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Florida.
