The build,

Studio-grade. Wet-sanded between coats, finished with an acrylic clear coat for depth and protection. The acrylic window and engraving are cut on a CO2 laser — geometry impossible to achieve by hand.

Full teardown
Every layer separated on an anti-static mat. The dust of a console that worked through the 2010s, removed.

Motherboard service
Fresh thermal compound on the CPU and GPU — the most important service on an Xbox 360, even in the more reliable Slim revision. Capacitors inspected and recapped where needed.

DVD drive service
Drive disassembled, laser pickup cleaned, mechanism tested with multiple disc types.

Window mod
A section of the shell cut open and covered with a sheet of premium clear acrylic, cut on a CO2 laser. The original Xbox 360 logo is engraved into the acrylic as a precise cutout — not a sticker, not a print. The disc drive and cooling internals become visible from outside.

RGB lighting
Multi-color LED array behind the acrylic, controlled from a phone app. Pick the color, dial in the brightness, set the speed. The Xbox 360 logo glows through the cutout.

Shell refinish
Original casing wet-sanded between coats, with black and green laid down in multiple passes and sealed under an acrylic clear coat for depth and chip resistance.

Reassembly under spec
Every screw torqued, every panel aligned with a caliper before it leaves the bench.
